What I love most about editing is twofold: the deep satisfaction of carving a compelling story out of raw footage, and the collaboration with creative professionals who bring their own spark to the process. Finding emotional beats, shaping clarity from chaos, and aligning with a director’s vision—it’s a challenge I thrive on.
After film school, I got my start as an assistant editor, then then cutting narrative features in the family entertainment genre and editing commercial spots for national audiences. From there, I worked on a CBS dramatic series and episodic content for Discovery, Nat Geo, and the History Channel. One standout project: ROAR: Lions of the Kalahari, an IMAX film for National Geographic that earned a Best Editing award at the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival.
Since moving to Nashville, I’ve continued to explore a wide range of formats—PBS documentaries and lifestyle programs, indie festival shorts, docuseries, branded content, and social campaigns. Every project brings a new story—and I love bringing those stories to life.
